Whats New?

New Dues Collection Procedure

California Summit Homeowner's Association (HOA) dues are now collected twice each year, instead of monthly. This decision was made in early 2007 by the California Summit board of directors, for the convenience of homeowners and to decrease administrative costs. Each homeowner will receive two bills per year, the first in March (due April 1) and the second in September (due October 1.) The current amount due per property is $69.96 twice a year, or $139.92 total per year.

 

New Property Management Company

The Board of Directors voted not to renew its contract with Action Property Management. Instead, California Summit will be managed by Total Property Management, effective January 1, 2008. You can contact the new property manager as follows:
